Shopify Integration & Data
When you connect your Shopify store to Trigz, our AI support agent can look up order details, including the order number, shipment tracking, and fulfillment status, to answer customer questions like "Where is my order?" For these Shopify lookups, we use only the email address or phone number the customer provides in the conversation to find a matching order in Shopify. We do not store that email address or phone number, and we discard it immediately after the lookup completes. We never access or store the customer's name, shipping address, or billing address. We never use customer data from these lookups for marketing, advertising, or personalization, and we never sell it or share it with any third party. If you uninstall the app, there is no customer data from these Shopify lookups to delete because we never stored any of it.
