Any connector that enables channels and tools can count as an integration, such as WhatsApp, email inboxes, commerce systems, Odoo, CRM or helpdesk tools, and webhooks. Each connected inbox, store, or channel typically counts as one integration.
What is KB storage per account?
KB storage is the total uploaded knowledge across all knowledge bases in your account, including PDFs, documents, URLs, and text.
