By using Trigz, users agree to follow the applicable terms, product limits, setup requirements, and acceptable use rules provided for the service.
Eligibility and accounts
Users may need to provide accurate account information and maintain appropriate account security.
Use of services
Customers should use the services lawfully and in line with documented product limits, setup requirements, and acceptable use rules.
Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the applicable billing cycle at the price and usage limits shown on the pricing page or in an order confirmation. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of the account after notice.
Customer content and data
Customers are responsible for the content, data, prompts, files, and knowledge sources they upload or connect. Trigz processes real end-customer personal data, including conversation content and channel identifiers such as WhatsApp numbers, Instagram handles, and phone numbers, from account creation onward and for every tenant, independent of which commerce platform, if any, is connected. Trigz acts as a data processor and the customer acts as controller for that data, as described in the Privacy Policy page linked in the sidebar, which includes the Data Processing Agreement.
AI-generated outputs and review responsibility
Customers should review AI-generated outputs before relying on them for sensitive, legal, financial, medical, employment, or high-impact decisions.
Human handoff
Customers are responsible for configuring handoff and escalation where judgment, sensitivity, or approval is required.
Third-party services and integrations
Third-party integrations, APIs, and external systems may be subject to separate terms and availability.
Trials, beta, and roadmap features
Beta, preview, or roadmap features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and may be subject to additional terms.
